TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Oliver Miles - Print Eastwood / www.printeastwoodink.com reserves the right to modify the general conditions of sale at any time.

WARNING

The buyer  understands that in the case of prints made by hand, on the same series, no print is perfectly identical. 

The pressure applied during the passage to the press and the ink thicknesses may vary, each print is unique and Oliver Miles - Print Eastwood / www.printeastwoodink.com cannot guarantee a print that is 100% faithful to the model shown in the photo , there will always have small variations. However, each print is of identical quality, printed with the same attention to detail.

ORDERS

Orders will be recorded within the limits of available stocks.

An order confirmation email will be sent to you upon receipt of your payment.

PRICE

Prices are in euros €.

PAYMENT

Online payment is made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) with the Stripe secure system (SSL secure connection).

 

DELIVERY & POSTAGE

For linocuts:

The order will be executed at the latest within a maximum period of 15 days from the day following that on which the buyer placed his order.

 

For other orders, t-shirts, sweatshirts, stationery, goodies:

An estimated delivery time will be communicated to you when ordering.

 

Shipping costs will be displayed when placing the order and will vary depending on weight and destination.

RIGHT TO RETRACT

There is no right of withdrawal.

We are a small craft business, not Amazon. Be confident in your purchase.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

RETURNS

For Linocut Prints:

Except in the case of a damaged package or an error on our part, returns will not be accepted.

If the package is damaged you must refuse it.

No exchange or refund will be possible if you have accepted a damaged package.

You must notify us by email and within 24 hours of delivery, of any damaged print.

The package will be returned to us and we will send you a new print or a full refund (including postage).

If we are unable to replace the damaged print, we will refund the full price of the print.

 

For other items (t-shirts, sweatshirts, bags, stationery, goodies):

Returns are not accepted.

 

EXCHANGE

For Linocut Prints

Linocut prints are handmade.

There will always be variations between prints of the same series, which makes them all unique.

The product photo cannot be contractual in view of the subtle differences that exist between the prints.

However, great care is taken during printing to maintain consistency between prints and ensure acceptable equivalence.

No exchange of prints can be made on the basis of differences between the print received and the photo of the product.

Similarly, it is not possible to exchange a print for another of equivalent price.

 

For other items (t-shirts, sweatshirts, bags, stationery, goodies):

These products being manufactured by our partner, we are not able to proceed to exchanges on these articles.

REFUNDS

For Linocut Prints

Apart from the possibility of a damaged print and under the conditions mentioned in the RETURNS, any print acquisition is final and we will not make any refund.

 

For other items (t-shirts, sweatshirts, bags, stationery, goodies):

In the event of a defective product, please contact us by email print@printeastwoodink.com explaining the nature of the problem and sending us a photo illustrating the problem. If the product proves to be defective, we will refund the product.

All the  works, whether printed by hand or industrially are copyrighted by Oliver Miles - Print Eastwood.

They must not be the subject of any distribution, total or partial reproduction, on any medium whatsoever, without the express request and prior authorization of the author.
